FAQ

Quick answers about setup, tools, access, and support

  1. What exactly do you set up?
I set up a simple, reliable client flow end-to-end: online booking (with optional deposits), intake + consent forms, confirmation + reminder texts/emails, aftercare + rebooking follow-ups, and lightweight client tracking—so you spend less time on admin and get fewer no-shows.

  2. What tools do you work with?
Whatever you’re already using (or we’ll choose the simplest stack). Most setups use Square or Stripe, Calendly/Acuity, Google Workspace, and a light automation layer (Zapier/Make). If you’re not sure what you have, we’ll map it in the consult.

  3. How long does it take?
Most projects take 3–10 days depending on how much you want live (booking, deposits, intake, reminders, follow-ups, reviews/referrals). If you’re starting from scratch, we’ll get the essentials live first, then improve from there.

  4. Do you need access to my accounts?
Usually yes—but I keep it clean and safe: you keep ownership of every account, I request least-permissions access when possible, and I document everything I set up. If you prefer, we can do a “screen-share build” where you click the buttons and I guide.

  5. What does it cost?
Pricing depends on your tools and scope, but most setups fall into three buckets:
    •Essentials (booking + intake + reminders)
    •Growth (adds rebooking + reviews/referrals)
•Ops + AI (adds inbox routing / AI receptionist layer)
•You’ll get a clear quote after the free consult—no surprises.

  6. Do you offer ongoing support after setup?
Yes—optional. Some clients just want the build + handoff, others want monthly tuning (seasonal promos, new offers, copy tweaks, automation upgrades).

  7. Will this replace my current website / branding?
No. This is about your operations layer—booking, intake, reminders, and follow-ups. It plugs into your existing brand, site, and tools.

  8. Why not just hire someone to set up Calendly?
You totally can — and if you only need a basic calendar, that’s often enough.
What I build is the full client flow: policies + deposits, intake/waivers, automated reminders, follow-ups that drive rebooking, and a simple backend to track clients — plus I stay involved through launch so it works with real clients.
